Emburse, a worldwide leader in expense management, has launched a strategic collaboration with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a leading global supplier of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions that will automate the effortful method specific to new worker expense management onboarding.
With this technology partnership, the worker records created for new hires in UKG pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions will automatically synchronize with Emburse Chrome River Expense and Emburse Certify Expense. This integration eliminates a vital but highly manual portion of the worker onboarding method, permitting HR groups to focus more on folks instead of processes.

The Emburse and UKG integration offer variety of immediate and longer-term benefits for organizations that use solutions from both corporations for HCM and expense management. Once new hires are added to a UKG solution, their worker record, and reporting lines are automatically added to Emburse Chrome River Expense or Emburse Certify Expense. This eliminates the necessity for expense system administrators to manually add new user detail, saving them valuable time. Additionally, once workers leave a company, they’re automatically removed from the expense solution, eliminating the potential for added expenses to be submitted.

“Our mission to humanize work extends beyond the end-user, the expense submitter. Administrators can also spend several hours on monotonous, low-value, manual tasks, and we wish to automate as several of those as possible,” said Omar Qari, head of company strategy and business development at Emburse. “We work closely with our technology partners to accelerate innovation and deliver easy solutions that create the lives of all of our users easier. With this platform-level integration with UKG, we will enable expense administrators to pay less of their days on manual, error-prone processes, and more on the things that are vital to them and their corporations.”
“UKG and Emburse share a similar philosophy: we want HR to spend less time managing processes and more time centered on enhancing the worker experience,” said Mike May, senior director, UKG Partner Network at UKG. “By strengthening the relationship between folks, process, and technology, we can unburden teams while creating an additional people-centric future at work today.”
