Infosys did not respond to an email seeking comments.
The management shared the communication regarding the bonus with delivery managers, who further communicated to colleagues in their units.
““Thank you for being an integral part of the Infosys journey… In line with our organisational goals for building a high-performance work culture, we have continued to drive performance differentiation while closing bonus payouts as well,” the company said in its customary email sent ahead of the release of individual letters.
Last month, Infosys had announced 13% on-year growth in its net profit, at Rs 7,364 crore, for the September quarter, while revising the lower end of its FY26 revenue guidance upwards to 2-3% as against 1-3% earlier.
In February, the Bengaluru-headquartered company had handed out salary revision letters, offering an increase of 5-8% for most employees
