Prior to that, he spent five years at the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC) — the Tata Group’s corporate learning hub — where he led several group-level learning initiatives aimed at building leadership depth across industries.

Before joining Bajaj Finserv in 2016, Sirbhaiya also gained entrepreneurial experience as the founder of a management-consulting firm focused on people management and executive search for start-ups.
